License Agreement

PassSafer is Open Source, meaning the source code is publicly available for transparency and auditability. However, it is not free software under the MIT or GPL definitions.

1. Open Source Transparency

You are free to view, audit, and inspect the source code of PassSafer to verify its security, privacy, and functionality.

2. Usage

Use of the PassSafer application requires a valid license key (either a Free Trial key or a Premium key). You may not circumvent the license verification systems, modify the code to remove license checks, or distribute cracked versions of the software.

3. Redistribution

You may not redistribute the compiled software or modified source code without explicit permission from Zynio Tech.

4. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
